PLR can have a very important part to play in your success.

There are actually 10 or 12 major ways to use PLR product.

 

Before I get into the details, you just can't buy these and use them as is. I will show you where you can get a great quantity of PLR product for free. Actually, that's probably what its worth. However, with just a slight bit of effort you could turn this product into a masterpiece. Then it becomes yours.

 

 

For Search Engine Optimization, you need just the text. You don't need graphics, sales page or anything else, but good engaging content.

 

There are sites that sell limited quantities of text only articles. Usually around 100 copies, sometimes they're even spin ready.

 

Spin means change the article by exchanging Symons, phrasing titles etc. In this scenario which  I favor, one of these articles would appear on your own site. You would then post the other copies to various article distribution sites.

 

In order for this scenario to succeed it's necessary that you have at least one link back to your site. Some sites are more flexible than others are. Some allow you to put links using longtail keywords in the actual body of the article, while some limit your link to the resource box.

 

If you do get your articles posted on the blog, that would be icing on the cake, as the search engines love blogs.

 

This is a very effective way to increase your page rank and listings in all search engines.

 

 

E-Mail List Building

 

This scenario revolves around producing an e-book for sale that has a retail look to it.. The real purpose is to get someone to sign up for your e-mail list. There are probably a hundred ways to execute this strategy.

 

It would come complete with a squeeze page, thank you page etc. I recommend that you produce your e-books as PDFs.

EBay is loaded with offers for $.99 to a few dollars, depending on whether it's a digital product or a physical product. Many times what they are selling is a summary report, with an upsell to the full product.

 

There are ways to turn digital products into physical products in the form of a DVD or CD. This is especially important as eBay no longer permits digital products to be sold at auction. You can however sell digital products in the classified section.

 

These retail style e-books make an excellent free bonus item which can be used to entice the sale, or as an incentive to sign up for your e-mail list.

 

Another great idea is to get other merchants to include it  as a free bonus for their sales
